Growing regional insurance agency refreshes its brand and enhances client services.
DAYTON, Ohio (December 27, 2011) — In an effort to better communicate its capabilities and value to clients, and to enhance client services, Brower Insurance Agency is rolling out newly refreshed branding and corporate identity elements, as well as a new user-friendly website. Brower is updating its brand and identity to more accurately represent its organization during a period of steady growth fueled by the addition of associates at its offices throughout the region, expanded services, and upgraded technology resources. And in response to an evolving marketplace that demands increased client access to information and optimized customer service, the company launched a new, content-rich corporate website that features intuitive navigation and incorporates the new branding aesthetics. According to Brower Managing Principal, Chris McAtee, the agency's decision to refresh its brand and revamp its website is part of its overall growth strategy and ongoing customer service enhancement initiatives.
